First time hiring movers. I was contacted by the office early the next morning after submitting the request. Any time I had to speak with them the staff was efficient and kind; answering all of my questions. Zach, Sente, and Seth were prompt, professional, and provided excellent service and care. I requested two hrs to move about thirty boxes, fifteen jumbo vacuum bags, four big appliances-electronics, a desk, a desk chair an armchair, a sofa, and a TV console as well as. Two hrs was just under what I needed and they were able to provide me options, and ultimately offer me a great deal for an additional hour. They also helped get some bulky items down to the trash. Would not even hesitate a little to use them or Quality Moving Solutions again. 10 out of 10

I would highly recommend Quality Moving Solutions! They came in with a great attitude and efficiently and carefully moved all our things down a flight of narrow stairs and into the back of the UHaul then helped us unload at our destination. I will certainly be using them again the next time we move!
