  After arriving 2 hours late, the crew started off professionally by introducing themselves. The did communicate throughout the process. 3 out of the 4 crew members were up beat and expressed gratitude that we were packed and ready when they showed up. However, when we asked them to wait for 10 minutes while we got a rope to secure the furniture. At that point they had been working for about 45 minutes. One of the men refused to wait. When one of the crew members said, what about the tip? He said , l don't care. Not wanting to evoke a confrontation, I gave him the pay code. One of the crew members was kind enough to wait and help. We gave him the tip.

  Mover showed up smelling strongly of alcohol. Did not even come with a dolly and carried light items up the stairs one by one -a table leg, bag of pillows then 1.5 hrs in started telling me extra time would be 280 plus an hour. Finally had to tell them to bring in the furniture when it had been easily accessible before discussing additional time. Ripped the couch lining by throwing stuff on it off the truck, then put the same cream colored couch on its side in the middle of the asphalt getting black all over it. Called main guy who apologized and said they would stay until the job was done at no charge, called me one hour later to tell me to release the code. Then threatened to call the police if I didn't! Telling me he gave me an hour and did me a favor (movers had been sitting in their car the last 40 min). Absolutely the worst movers I've ever had. Manager said it was his best guys too! My 2 kids and 65+ parents unloaded the remaining fourth of the truck in 45 min. large items too.
