  • I hired two workers and only one showed up who informed me he wasn't capable of lifting, I wasted hours of moving waiting on a second mover as well as a dolly to show up which I had requested ahead of time. The workers outwardly expressed that they were going to intentionally take longer because this is too much lifting and we get paid by the hour which was comical after the customer service representative Natalie had rudely insinuated it would take an entire day to move and I was ridiculous for thinking otherwise. It was only one bed, one credenza, and one small dresser followed by boxes of kitchen and office supplies. They did not have to move any appliances, I had already moved all other items as well as all clothing boxes so they did not have to do any of that either. They dragged my bed and credenza across concrete severely damaging them. The first worker that showed up was incredibly inappropriate towards me as a woman and to top it all off Management will not return my calls.

    Hi Miss Kaylan Reid , thank you for your feedback, although we do reject your multiple false claims. Based on previous notes on your account prior to the movers arriving, it seems like you were haggling the price and attempting to complete a five hour job in two hours.. the actual truth is we were there 15 minutes prior to schedule arrival and the dispatch representative advised you that it definitely would not take two hours for a load unload , addresses 30 min apart with 36 steps. Why would it even make any sense that she would tell you it would take all day? And then you mentioned you waited hours for a second mover.? Basically you fabricated this entire story . With that said we wish you best but rest assured we always stand strong against false claims as we are not an easy target for fraud in the name of saving a few dollars . I do know that we are pleased to have your job completed successfully .
