The guys were quick to load. Main issue with them was the care of furniture. My wife and I were not sure they were going to carefully wrap all the wood pieces, so we started wrapping them ahead of time. Once they arrived, they saw we what we done stating they prefer to do that themselves as they wrap everything in the truck. Whereas because we had prewrapped a few pieces, they were more akward to handle. I do understood that and let them do their thing as they were the experts. When the unload team arrived at my new destination, they found almost every wood piece that we did not wrap had either scuff marks, chips or gouges in the wood. They unload team stated that things were not loaded as they should have been. Dining chairs were stacked on each other with nothing between the pieces. Unsurprisingly, the items my wife and I wrapped arrived in perfect condition. I am sorry I tipped them.
