    Priority Moving

    I would not use this company again. After booking, I received no confirmation and had to contact them myself to verify the move. On moving day, they failed to arrive at the scheduled time. I again had to reach out, only to be told they were delayed due to jury duty and were still in Miami, over an hour away, when they were already supposed to be at my home. Jury duty is known in advance and should have been communicated before my move date. Because they arrived about 90 minutes late, I loaded most of the truck myself. They mainly helped unload and finished in less than an hour, yet still demanded payment for the full 3 hours. The movers were polite, which is why I tipped them, but management showed poor communication, poor planning, and took no responsibility for their lateness. Avoid this company.
