  Didn’t come prepared at all no equipment. One of them was sick the other one was on phone most of the time. Very poor service.

  The lady that answers calls is rude. They didn't get off all my stuff in the truck. At first the owner said that my place is an easy move, that it definitely would be done in the 4 hours. So I was admitted about the time because I didn't have extra money. It took them over 2 hours to load then because it took longer to load we got stuck in 5 o clock traffic. It started pouring apparently it was my fault that I didn't have plastic on my mattress even though they're the professionals, never offered to wrap it nothing. They ruined my king size mattress by dragging it got clay dirt on the one side and then dropped the corner into water because it was soaked. I told the owner about ruining my mattress and he said well maybe you shouldn't have moved. Very unprofessional they marked my walls, broke one of my draws in my dresser. Still no apology for not getting done on time, leaving stuff at my old place and ruining my stuff. She told me they didn't care. So here we are!

  Were nearly three hours late and I had to call several times to receive updated ETAs. Their professionalism was severely lacking. Going so far as having members of the moving team leave halfway through the job without warning. The remaining team aske for additional hours to complete the job when there was still an hour left on the clock. The packing was unsafe and unacceptable. Several items (including electronics like computer monitors) were damaged because of their packing. I watched them literally drag my nightstand across the pavement and it has several gashes now. I had placed my mattress in a mattress cover before their arrival. They proceeded to rip it off and load the mattress without it. I will never use these movers again and will actively tell others not to use them.
