The B&W Tow & Stow Ball Mount features two hitch balls that can be adjusted to various heights to accommodate different towing needs. The hitch balls can be lowered from the standard position, or they can be raised by inverting the ball mount in the hitch receiver. Plus, when the Tow & Stow isn't in use, it can be swung back under your vehicle, so you never have to worry about banging your shin or shutting the garage door on your hitch. The stainless steel pins keep all components in place while towing, and the guide pin prevents the swing arm from ever being detached while it's locked to your hitch receiver. The B&W Tow & Stow Ball Mount is made right here in the USA in the small town of Humboldt, Kansas.
Fits a standard 2-inch hitch receiver.
Height adjusts in 1-inch increments.
Features dual hitch balls: a 2-inch hitch ball and a 2-5/16-inch hitch ball.
If I purchased a trailer and I needed a “riser of 6 inches but the dual riser ball came with a 2” and a 2 5/16”! Can these balls be switched out if the trailer needed a 1 7/8 ball?
Hi Frances! The balls are not interchangeable; however, we do sell ball mounts with multiple ball configurations. For U-Haul to recommend the correct B&W ball mount, we would like to know the following: Tow vehicle year, make, model, receiver hitch size, how much weight you plan towing and rise or drop needed and also, the ball size needed. What if I need a ride with a 1 7/8 ball
