Product was not packaged well. The box was handled poorly during shipping and arrived quite the worst for wear. It was apparent that the bike rack was damaged through a sizable hole in the box. It has been a nightmare getting the damaged bike rack returned via uhaul’s customer service. I spent a week trying to get it shipped back and am still waiting to receive either a new bike rack or a refund. I am not sure which because communication with customer service has been confusing and unclear. I do not recommend shopping via uhaul’s website. Expect the worst this way you won’t be disappointed like I am.
