The product quality is excellent and built very sturdy. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the instruction booklet is a bit all over the place when putting it together. Although it is not very hard there are a few things that were not clear such as which bolts get the washers since not all of them get some. Also, the straps on my kit were mounted backwards from factory and I realized it because it did not make sense how they were and it did not match the diagrams in the instructions. Otherwise, I am very happy with the purchase thus far.
Will this rack hold 2 e-bikes with a total weight of 240lbs?
