I read the book and looked at all the pictures in one day. Having worked as a dealer for 8 years and a Reservation Manager for three plus years, I finally feel like I understand the roots, pitfalls, and philosophy of the company for whom I work. Things that I have not understood begin to make sense when you feel like you know the owner and Joe does an admirable job in revealing himself and the company. Thank you Mr. Shoen.
