My shipment was delayed nearly a week, showing "on truck," "on truck," "returned to Hayward," "delivery indefinite," and i got an extremely mangled box with extraordinary amounts of tape and plastic straps. Extremely disappointed in the delivery - only giving 1 star because thankfully at least all the parts were still there (including one bag that had fell out and was taped to the top of the box). Very disappointing.
