The box came completely ripped up in several spots it was then tapped backed together. Did not know if pieces were missing. Declined the product and asked for a refund. It has been 7 days and still have not received my refund

My trailer Gwr is 3850 lbs has a tongue weight of 600 lbs pulling it with 2021 Ford Explorer with 305 Eco Boost Engine what distribution hitch is recommend

Does this hitch allow backing a travel trailer in while installed or do the bars need to be removed first?

Hello, Brent! The hitch manufacturer recommends removing the bars while backing up if the trailer angle will be more than 70 degrees in relation to the towed vehicle. I hope that is helpful!

My travel trailer only weighs about 3000 lbs tongue 350 lbs. Can I still use this? I like it because it has sway control. And may upgrade travel trailer later.

Hello, Robert! CMF17500 handles up to 10,000 lbs GTW & 1,000 TW. However, it is important to take into consideration the weight capacities of your trailer hitch, as you are adding weight with the weight distribution hitch. I hope that is helpful!
