Could a 2" hitch ball with 3/4" shank and a 1" rise be used with this ball mount?

Can I get a class 2 or 1/14 ball mount with a !" hole for the ball? I have had a few issues with 3/4" shank balls and all I have now are 1" shank.

I need a minimum length of 7" from the center of the mounting pin hole to the inside of the vertical portion of the bar. NOTE: This bar would be used on a U-Haul receiver hitch, which I had installed today at your store in East Madison, Wisconsin. Thank you.
