Can this be used as a 3" rise or to rise at all? I don't see anything in the description

can U-haul provide me a 2' square tubeball mount with 4 inch drop and 3/4 " hole to use with a hitch and ball that I already own? It is for 2001 Toyota Tacoma I'm fitting to tow a little 2000 lb capacity trailer using my 1 7/8" ball.

Hello, Gilbert! Although we do not carry the ball mount you have described, most U-Haul stores carry a reducer sleeve that reduces the 1" hole to a 3/4". Please visit your local U-Haul Hitch Center to learn more. Thank you!

The 45154 cannot be used in the rise position, to obtain a 4" rise, please consider using U-Haul ball mount part 13114 and 2" ball part 4944.
