The 118701 unit has been working flawlessly. The picture they provided for this review has some bare wires but the kit I received had all plugs so I'm not sure it's exactly the same. I held back one star because they don't make it clear how difficult the hookup is. The brake light wire gets its signal from the driver's side rear brake light which is difficult to access on the 2018 Prius. The directions seem to imply you could reach up from under the vehicle but I had to remove the upper tail light section and then reach down to the lower section to remove the plug off the brake light and attached the provided plug to it. I ran the power wire outside the vehicle under plastic covers where available. I added a split cable cover like they sell for computer or TV wires to the places where the wire might be exposed.

Absolute garbage. Installation was 4 out of 10 for most of it, but one plug took almost 2 hours of research to find. Vague directions followed by what others have said, no brake lights. Everything else works. Called customer service. Need to have an installation center verify it is the harness. Took it by and manager looked as they tested the plug. Yep, it's the harness. Now customer service is "Oh we have to get it in and verify you even know how to install it. No refund until then." Could have left it at the installation center and received an immediate refund. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere that actually gives a damn that you spent money with them.
