Hi, Tryna! The Sash-N-Go is one single strap for 2 people to use. The Moving Harness complete set contains 2 straps so there is a strap on each shoulder for the 2 people using them. It's really just a preference if you would prefer the extra strap for extra support. I hope that is helpful!
