What is the depth and diameter of the cooking chamber and are there 1 or 2 cooking grills?
Answer provided by UHaul's Propane Program Manager: The grill pan depth is 26 inches and the width is 15 inches. You can cook up to a 25 pound turkey. There is one stainless steel grill grate. A (2) piece half rack set is also provided.
What size of propane tank do you use with this? The little portable ones or the big ones?
The manufacturer only recommends the 20lb propane BBQ tank (4.5 gallons) for the Big Easy Smoker.
