I did not purchase these items however it was sent to me. Once I received an email stating my supplies had shipped I emailed back immediately stating I did not order anything and please cancel the shipment. Once the items arrived I call UPS and spoke to 3 different people all 1st one was nice and transferred me to his boss very rude. Stated I was stuck with items. My fault. How is it my fault if I did not order? If I did not give authorization to use my credit card and you did anyway? Will never say a good thing about UHAUL again! So here after using the trailer, I am shipped a hitch, and adapter and all moving supplies. After I had already returned the trailer.... BAD BUSINESS!!!

Although this item was available at the location for the same price listed online of $3.95, it was instead shipped to my home after the moving date, for an additional cost of $14.95. I was told no refund. Website is extremely misleading and DOES NOT specify which items will be given at location when picking up the vehicle. Furniture dollies I ordered were given onsite but the tie down rope was not(even though it was available). Location stated they were not involved with the website. The shipping process was a complete waste of time and money. Beware of the website.
The rope I got last year was 100% polyester. This now shows made with nylon/polyester fibers.
The 100% polyester didn't have much stretching at all.
Does this new version stretch?
Hello JB,
There is very little stretch in these ropes.
Thanks for your question.
How many feet of rope should I purchase to secure a 13' x 7'-9"" x 8' load of mostly boxes and approximately 1 small apartment's worth of furniture? Thx.
This would actually depend on how well you decide to secure the boxes. However, I would estimate (estimate only) ..... 5-6 each of this particular product.
