  • Box interior dimensions: 20 inches x 8 inches x 50 inches (length x width x height)
  • Box exterior dimensions: 20-1/2 inches x 8-1/2 inches x 51-1/8 inches (length x width x height)
  • 44 ECT (edge crush test) – 275 burst test strength
  • Heavy-duty, single-walled board with full-overlap flaps create optimal box strength and integrity
  • Meets UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping requirements

1) Selling boxes on the UHaul website has to be more transparent. It should be clearly stated WHERE the item is being shipped-from. In this case, a guitar box was being shipped all the way from Kansas City in the US to Hamilton Ontario CANADA. (but I didn't know that) 2) I had to pay $77.00 total (over $60.00 just for the shipping) for a box that sells for around $15.00. I knew that before I paid, but I was having a problem finding a guitar box anywhere else. Places like ULine sell them five in a large box and will not split a set. 3) There should be a central location in Canada or a requirement for at least one UHaul dealer in every city that has specialty boxes like this IN STOCK 4) Since UPS uses the gorillas at UPS to do the shipping, they should take some steps to PROTECT the empty, flat boxes from abuse. When the box arrived it was easy to see that it had been abused and damaged on the corners. UHaul should put some plastic corner protectors on these boxes before shipping.
