Sturdy box. I used a ton of tape to tape down both ends securely - flaps overlapped. Use plenty of fill material like bubble wrap. Even with a huge acoustic guitar case inside, it was still a lot of loose space to fill to keep everything from shifting and bumping during transport - especially around the neck area.

I've ordered twice from U-Haul, in 2024 & '25 and both boxes arrived quickly and with no issues to the box.
Not only is this flimsy enough that a slight side-to-side squeeze made a crease from end to end in one wide side, but the cardboard could hardly be thinner. Terrified that my box will be placed horizontally with other heavy boxes pressing on its midpoint: it will simply collapse, taking the contents - a guitar in a soft case - with it. Look elsewhere.
Considering I had to pay more for shipping than the item itself, I expected to come undamaged.
Did not arrive on time. Too many different phone numbers to call to get through to the correct area of your company. Very unpleasant experience
