I had read online reviews of this product with many customers posting that the two end caps for each end was missing from the delivery. Same case for me - no end caps included. I also read that pursuing support for the ordered product end caps was going nowhere. So seems like this is more than an isolated occurrence with other customers including me, it is unfortunately a normal practice for this company. I cannot recommend this product based on a track record establish many years ago and not rectified by the seller. 1 ? Star.

Zero stars (but would not permit this). Tube arrived without the End Caps, so useless for mailing. Wrote email asking for end caps, UHaul sent three more tubes without any end caps. Two more emails, no response, called and spoke with "Rose" who said she would call me the next day, No call. Wrote another email yesterday. No reply (but did get this "Review" email). Will call again today. Useless customer service.

Can't review because I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE ITEM!! 2 wks is way too long for a couple of empty boxes.
