Shipping Options

In most cases, we offer three shipping options for you to choose from. A few items are considered oversize and can only be shipped via freight truck. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Free Standard Shipping

Purchase your moving supplies online and get free standard shipping on orders $100 (USD) or more within the contiguous U.S. or on orders $150 (CAD) or more within Canada.

Where We Ship

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the United States and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Multiple Shipments

We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse and the shipping option you choose.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store

Shop online and pick it up in store for free! No minimum order required. Our most popular items are available for pickup same-day! Just choose "Pick up in store" as you add items to your cart. At checkout, select your pickup time and we will have the items on-hand when you come into U-Haul.

In-Store Pickup Savings! When you pick up your order instead of shipping it to your home, you may see additional savings as some products will be priced lower for in-store pickup.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders $100 (USD) or more when shipped within the contiguous U.S. or on orders $150 (CAD) or more when shipped within Canada.

Exclusions

This offer is not valid for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Exact shipping costs are available when you checkout.

Restocking Fee

In the event, an order is returned to U-Haul due to an incorrect address, there will be a $25.00 restocking fee as well as $25.00 reshipment fee should the customer request the order to be reshipped back to the correct address.

It’s designed for drivers who want factory-level performance without paying dealership prices. U-Haul SmartConnect Trailer Wiring™ uses easy plug-and-play connectors that tap into factory connection points. There's no cutting or splicing, so it's a cleaner, faster installation that shouldn't void any warranties and can be done in as little as 30 minutes! Unlike standard aftermarket wiring that only transmits basic lighting signals, the U-Haul SmartConnect Trailer Wiring™ kit communicates with your vehicle’s high-tech sensors to ensure full compatibility with modern safety systems. For example, when a trailer is connected, U-Haul SmartConnect Trailer Wiring™ automatically disables rear backup sensors so that your vehicle can move normally.

Well made and crazy easy to install. Watch the UHaul video first. All wiring done inside rear of vehicle . . . basically plug and play. Installed it into my new 2026 Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. If I can do it . . . you can too!

Stellar installation procedure with all necessary materials included. Only a phillips head & flathead required (for removing trunk tray). Integrated easily with vehicle .

Does this work with the Santa Fe gas engine? I noticed the video indicated a hybrid are all the connections in the cargo area the same?
