Rating:

Easy to install, wish the directions were more vehicle appropriate. Also not sure the extra expense is really worth not just tying into the existing wires

Well, this product work with a 2005 BMW X-5? The dealer told me they no longer make the wiring configuration to tie directly into the electrical system. Another dealer told me that a universal product will mess up the electrical system. Just wonder if this will work and how without messing up the complex computer system of the BMW. Thank you!

I had U Haul install a hitch and wiring on my 2016 VW Passat 2 years ago. I didn't need to use it until this summer and the right turn signal works fine, but the left turn signal has both left and right blinking. I looked at the bill and a CQT119191 module was installed. I looked up what the model should be and your site says it should be Part number: CQT119251. What do I do now?

–Lee Lamb 7/27/2018 8:27:42 PM

Hi, Lee! Part number CQT119191 is also recommended for your vehicle. Please visit your local U-Haul Hitch Center for diagnostics and repair. Thank you for choosing U-Haul!
