The moving team was incredibly hardworking and helpful overall, which I really appreciate. However, I was disappointed with how they handled my expensive sofa. They dragged it with the fabric side directly on the ground instead of protecting it or lifting it completely. Great work ethic, but they definitely need to be more careful with delicate and high-value furniture.

CertifiedHelpers made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. The team ran a bit late but communicated well. They worked efficiently and handled all of my belongings with great care. They were professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was unloaded safely. What really stood out was their positive attitude and strong work ethic. Even with heavy furniture and a 92-degree moving day, they stayed focused, communicated clearly, and got the job done faster than I expected. This is my 2nd time I have hired this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers. Thanks for making a stressful day so much easier!
