I had two helpers in which one of them arrived late. Upon arrival I noticed that it appeared he was not motivated to do his job. He let the other helper do most the work while he was slow moving and careless with my items. Apparently neither helper knew what they were doing because the truck was loaded carelessly. Many of my items were tossed around, scratched, and broken. I will give credit to the manager-owner I spoke with. He was very responsive and apologetic. He ended up refunding me for the full amount, but unfortunately that amount doesn't begin to cover the value of the damage to my items.
