  • We arrived late to our new home after a long drive with a U-Haul towing our car, but the planner, Jose, and the movers, Victor and Kyle, were very flexible and started helping us around 9 PM, even though we had initially planned for 5 PM. We had two flights of 18 stairs (36 stairs total), including some pretty heavy items, but they were both very dedicated and hardworking. They didn’t waste any time and carefully moved everything to the rooms and places where we wanted it. Really appreciated their flexibility and hard work, especially given how late it was and how difficult the stairs were!
