  • Very poor communication. Had them originally scheduled at 11am, they had another job and said they would be on their way closer to noon, okay. Was told at 12;15 they were finishing up with their previous job. Tried calling a couple times with no answer, left a voicemail. They called back and said they were 10 minutes out, after 20 minutes I called again, still 10 minutes out. They finally arrived at 2pm. Upon unloading our truck a lot of our furniture was scratched and had just been thrown in the truck with no method of organization. I will be seeking compensation as some items were badly damaged. Always buy the insurance. Do not recommend.
