• 5 Stars I had an incredible experience with this moving team. They were fast, efficient, and handled everything with real care. The communication was clear, they arrived on time, and they worked nonstop without wasting a second. They went above and beyond with every single detail, and honestly made the whole moving day so much easier for me. Special shout-out to the lead mover who kept everything organized and made sure nothing was damaged. Their professionalism and attitude were amazing. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, quick, and truly know what they’re doing, this is the team you want. Highly recommend them. Perfect service from beginning to end.

• Too expensive compared to other movers in the area. There should be an option to pay for 1 hour. They were done in 45 to 50 minutes (which was good since it was freezing outside), but we had to pay for 2 hours. The Moving Helpers screen display for the ad was misleading bc it had $220 in giant font and per hr small & nearly off the page. Plus the Description said 2 movers for 2 hours so I thought it was $220 for 2 guys for 2 hours. So no tip because they already got paid for 2 hours work even tho’ they worked less than 1. The move itself went fine. I appreciated they worked with my instructions so that the stuff was grouped (furniture, fragile, and boxes) and they treated the fragile things with care. Also appreciate they swept out the empty container for me (and still finished everything in 50 minutes!). So the advertising and cost was negative but the actual moving was positive so I put some 4’s.
