The movers themselves were very nice and worked hard. However the owner, Chris made moving day a terrible experience. I had one heavy item that guided me to hire 3 movers. I was in communication with Chris about this item from our very first text exchange. But when moving day came, he did not send his movers with straps that would be needed to move the item. Straps are a very basic movers tool. They said they would need to come back the next day to move it, which caused a huge timing issue with my business. But worse, he said Oh, and there will be a $295 extra fee for moving a heavy item. He told me this in the middle of my move after we had an agreed upon price for the move. I wasn't going to pay this so I was stuck hiring another moving company to do the move the next day. Chris wouldn't take responsibility for this by giving me even the smallest discount to account for the huge inconvenience and extra cost his negligence cost me. Just told me I was trying to 'steal from the company'
