• We booked 2 movers for 6 hours but realized that we needed 3 movers for 6 hours. We called the boss and he said it would be no problem adding the third mover. However, when it was arrival time, I received a call from the original 2 guys saying that they beat on the third guys door and called him numerous times but he didn't answer. Therefore, we would only get the 2 movers for 6 hours. The boss assured us he would get a third mover out asap and would come to help with the move himself if he had to. He apologized and said he would give me a discount. He told me when I booked them, that I could add additional hours if need be. The two guys were courteous and hard workers and did manage to fill a 26' truck and unload it in 6 hours. However, we still had things left at the house included big items we could not fit in our car. The movers refused to add additional hours. I had to rent a truck the next day and move things which is a cost we shouldn't have had to incur. We never got a discount
