  • The level of communication and professionalism was not good. Did not complete the paid 5 hour work schedule and only worked 1 hour. It was a major inconvenience

    Thank you for your review unfortunately your 5 hours was exhausted for the extensive time it took for you guys to show up with the truck that took you over 2 hours to acquire while the guys were pulling your items out of your house then you changed the storage unit locations twice and that took over two hours as well for you to text over new addresses and you also didnt acquire the new storage unit until 45mins after arriving to the new storage facility. We dont appreciate the inaccuracy in your review but we definitely appreciate the business Thank you
