• Derek and Chris were fantastic. I didn’t think everything was going to fit in the truck I had rented but they were amazing and fit it in like a puzzle! They were strong and enthusiastic and so willing to help and were patient when I had to stop and make decisions about what to keep, toss, etc.! Great service again (2nd time using them)!

• The unpacking service was not delivered as promised. Although they said they could handle unpacking and organizing, the work was only halfway done and the part that was completed was very poorly executed. Items were placed randomly, without care or organization, and many boxes were left untouched. Nothing was arranged in a way that made sense or reflected the service I was expecting. I hired this service to make settling into my home easier, but instead I now have to redo everything myself or hire someone else to correct it. Combined with the lost key and lack of communication, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend their unpacking services.

• The cleaning service was extremely disappointing. I hired this company to help make my home move-in ready, but the job was not completed properly at all. Several areas were left dirty, surfaces were not wiped, floors were not cleaned, and basic cleaning tasks were skipped. I had to redo most of the cleaning myself, and some areas will require hiring another company to fix their mistakes. On top of that, they lost my house key and only informed me after the job was done, which created a major security issue. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money. I cannot recommend their cleaning services.
