  • The crew did the best they could with the timing provided by UHual. We were told the crew would arrive by a certain time and they were not available for an additional hour in to the evening. The weather was hot and they were tired when they arrived. The crew was polite and moved quicker once my sons started helping unload and move as well. Overall they did well - the whole experience using UHaul moving help was a disaster and the company needs to work on their communication with the hired businesses.
