• Canada Moves was definitely kind and overall responsive (via text). Overall they reassured us they would arrive on time and were flexible with both the date and arrival time, which we appreciated greatly. In the end, 3 young men arrived instead of two, but they were 40 minutes late.  When I reached out to them, they were apologetic and cited a long drive. My husband and I unloaded most of the U-Haul because we had time constraints.  By the time they arrived, the truck was empty except for the 5 heaviest pieces of furniture.  They lacked moving straps, and one was wearing flip-flops.  They unloaded the furniture, but I suspect they will all face INJURIES if they continue to lift the way they did. Their pricing was VERY low, so I paid them the full amount.   If price is your concern, they would be very good to hire.  However, we are VERY concerned for their own well-being and would be worried about them lifting heavy or awkward furniture down steep stairs, etc.

  Thanks for your concern over well being, but our guys are strong and they can do their job well.
