  • Showed up late, without any tools even though when I called earlier I was assured they would come with tools necessary to unload the truck. Flipped my washing machine upside down and damaged it. When I texted the number that is listed I was told to text another and than another. After all I was blamed for the damage. Repair ended up being $400. You would think someone who does this for living should know not to flip front loading washing machines upside down. Extremely unprofessional. Would never hire them again.
