• I got a call to confirm from 2 different people. One was very professional, the other as much. They had our address wrong in the system, and despite me correcting it, and asking the lady to repeat it back, which she did correctly, the actual movers were still given the wrong address. The movers were very polite, fairly careful but a few of our items were scuffed. My husband had to explain how to pack a few items properly. They didn't rush, but weren't overly quick either. Thankfully tbey finished on time.

• The movers were very generous with their time, taking 15 extra minutes to help to make sure everything was loaded. That said, one item was broken and when I opened the back door of the U-Haul after driving 10 minutes, a number of items had moved as they were kind of thrown in haphazardly. I had a studio apartment and didn’t require couches or chairs to be moved so two hours should have been more than enough. Average experience.
