  • I feel bad leaving this as Oly and his friends were very nice and Oly was responsive to texts, but my loading experience with them was not so great. I heard a lot of comments about how much stuff I had, and I think that’s unnecessary. I also don’t think the uhaul was loaded efficiently, I see they have folded my $2000 king hybrid mattress in half like a taco. It’s probably ruined, I’m so upset and worried about it. I definitely needed a bigger truck, but I said several times I need all the heavy big items as I paid movers for the unloading. My garage fridge wouldn’t fit. I now have to do this all over again next weekend to get the remaining items and pay someone to help me with the fridge. I did tip cash, as I know it’s hard labor, but had I known this was not a professional moving company, I would have gone another route. Super annoyed that Uhaul recommended them.
