• Kellum & Jamar were awesome! They unloaded the 26 ft U-Haul in 2 hours like it was nothing. I was impressed! They were very respectful and definitely helped us a lot with that truck. It was much appreciated!! Them boys deserve a raise for sure!!

• I was told I would be contacted the day before my service to finalize details. When I reached out on the 30th I did not get a response. It was pretty stressful since this was first time using this company and I was not sure they were going to show up on the 31. I did hear from them the morning of the 31 and two men did show up. However, they spent the majority of the time bickering with each other. They did not take my suggestions on how I wanted the uhaul packed. My dresser has some scratches on it and a piece of my bed rail was chipped off from them shoving it in. They worked fast, but they did not utilize the space in the uhaul well and complained about its size a few times.

• Very efficient and understanding! Only issue was some scratches from furniture on the wood at my new place, but very good overall.
