  • One mover was 100 percent great and the other was pretty useless.

    You had a flat fee Ubox job that was quite small. We tend to send newer movers on those jobs so they can train. Useless is pretty harsh, as I was there. He was consistently moving boxes and small items while the crew lead was packing your Ubox
