  • The two guys that showed up did not appear to have much experience, or else they simply didn’t care to be professional. They didn’t use either plastic wrap or tape to secure pads, so as I watched several times the pads would fall off as they carried the item to the truck. At least twice I saw them let the item they were carrying hit the ground. Took a break after working 45 minutes. On the unload end, where I used guys who I’d used twice before and are very professional, fast, and careful, we found my large flat screen tv broken, at the frame, as if it was dropped, and it’s now inoperative and useless. $800 tv is now trash. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS . . . THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED.

    Linda, We re very sorry to hear about your experience and the condition of your TV. We understand how frustrating and disappointing that is, especially with a highvalue item. We want to address this situation clearly and professionally. During your move, our service was provided as labor-only, which means all moving materials such as blankets, shrink wrap, tape, and other protective supplies are supplied by the customer unless packing services are specifically requested. Our team utilized the materials that were available at the time. Regarding the TV, it was personally handled and placed into the truck with protective padding and positioned securely. At the time of loading, there was no visible damage. Once items are in transit and later handled by a separate unloading crew, there are multiple points where damage can unfortunately occur, including during transportation or unloading.
