  • Everything started out great. Arrived on time and loaded quickly. With that being said they did break a piece of furniture when loading and definitely was trying to hide that. Once they left we noticed a huge crack in my son’s room ceiling. Looks like someone stepped off a rafter or dropped something in the attic. The movers were the only people in the attic and when asked about it he said it wasn’t him or his son and refused to do anything about it. I tipped the movers nicely before I noticed the damage to my home. Now I have to spend another few hundred dollars to get my ceiling in the home I’m moving from repaired. Very unprofessional Along with that uhauls insurance is a joke. It doesn’t cover pretty much anything. I will not be using U-Haul again either.
