• Outstanding customer service! During the entire moving process our moving plans were dynamic and changed frequently. However, Yanis was amazing and kept in constant contact with use and adapted to our moving needs with the most professional demeanor to accommodate whatever we needed. Once we arrived, Rob and Sid made unloading look easy and took wonderful care of our antique furniture. We will only use Stress Free Movers for our future moving needs.

• There was misunderstanding of how long they were to be working and seemed to be in a rush to make the next job. Our kitchen was the only thing to be packed. It began well but by the end, there were items that hadn't been packed, items that weren't to be packed but were boxed up and moved, and the quality of packing each item diminished.

• Two movers arrived 30 minutes apart which led to misunderstanding of what was to be moved and not moved. There was misunderstanding of how long they were to be working and seemed to be in a rush to make the next job. Our items were packed and moves well but when placed into the moving container, they could have been handled better. I walked down to see one mover throwing a tub to the top with papers flying out and him shoving them back in the tub.
