  • Do Not Use! 4.5 Hours Late, Rushed the Job, and Caused Me to Lose $2,000 in Property M&M Movers is one of the worst moving companies I’ve ever dealt with. Booked through U-Haul which was a huge mistake. They arrived 4.5 hours late, rushed the entire load, refused to load my couch, and wouldn’t allow me to inspect the containers. They left before the job was properly completed or verified. As a direct result of their failure, I had to abandon roughly $2,000 worth of my belongings. Extremely unprofessional and careless. They created a massive problem and then disappeared. Avoid this company.

    Ben, this is a complete lie. We were late per your request. You were not properly prepared even with the 2 hour push back you requested. Even bagging heavy , fragile cookware into trash bags until the last second. The couch did not fit, and you were there to witness our attempt as we moved it back and forth in 101 degrees. We spent a total of 5 hours helping you take furniture apart at no additional cost. The lack of preparation and effort to extort is really unfortunate. All text have been archived for proof.

Every single thing made it the full 500 mile journey without moving in my truck and everything arrived safe and sound. Amanda and Maurice were so pleasant and knew what they were doing.
