  • 3 Peaks Moving Co. is professionalism personified. I was called within 10 minutes of requesting next day service. The gentlemen were polite, kind, and courteous on the phone and in person. It is cliche to state that 3 Peaks Moving Co. went above and beyond what was expected, but this is factual. Our experience with 3 Peaks Moving was the best part of this entire month+ experience. The UBox was a week late after the guaranteed arrival date. No one at UHAUL seemed overly concerned about this lack of customer service. We received many apologies but no solutions. Then, the delivery window was from 2;30-4;30PM, an entire day of waiting for an already late box. 3 Peaks Moving picked up the UBox in the morning, not making us waste an entire day waiting. UHAUL should learn from this. Then, 3 Peaks unloaded the box quickly and with careful consideration of our belongings. Then, they thoughtfully returned the UBox! Amazing. We have moved A LOT and 3 Peaks is the best we have encountered.
