  • Nobody reached out to me to confirm my move - I had to reach out to them myself the day before. The morning of the move, only one guy showed up instead of two. He said that another guy would be coming soon but the second guy never showed up. I had to do a ton of heavy lifting to get my furniture loaded, which luckily I was able to do - but what if they had only sent one guy to someone with a disability or someone who couldn't lift heavy furniture? The guy that came was OK. He was nice enough but was older and hadn't done a move in almost a year, and moved slowly. It took us three hours to load the truck together, but the guys the next day unloaded everything in 45 minutes because they were actual professionals.
