Everything was great! This is our second time using U-Haul boxes and would definitely recommend it. Its convenient and affordable. Couldnt have asked for better service.

The move was very smooth with UHaul on board. Even with our boxes placed in a storage for 5 months, all arrived intact and dry and with not one item cracked or broken. We will definitely pass on this information to any of our friends contemplating a move.

It was excellent. We will be using you again in a short time. I did have a tiny issue. One of the containers reeked of smoke. We aired it out and placed baking soda boxes in to help. The smell did permeate the boxes. It also got into the furniture pads. Again we used baking soda boxes and it helped.

We did have one small delay because of two boxes loaded with the latches blocked and unable to open, but Reggie and Russ did an amazing job of helping us to get it sorted and waived the fees for us having the Boxes for three extra days. We would happily recommend the team at the Butte, MT location.

I used movers from MovingHelp.com to pick up the U-Box, bring it, load it and take it to storage at another UHaul location. As far as I am aware, the pickup at Kedzie location by the movers went smoothly. Thank you, Kedzie team, for giving me requested metal U-Box as requested! That was awesome!

Usually the lowest cost option is suspect, but the U-Haul UBox delivery was perfect from start to finish. Reps on both ends were great on both ends on confirming everything and following instructions. Well done!

I have used ubox containers for my last two movesfrom Boston to HoustonHouston to Boston and I would not go with any other moving services! Reasonable priced and flexible.

The Ubox pods are small but still great value for the price. Moving cross country is hard but they made it a bit easier.

The Sierra Vista people that delivered and removed the U-boxes were excellent. Have never been to the Sierra Vista location.

Staff was great in both Paducah and Moline. Very helpful in answering questions and adjusting to needed changes in service. Our delivery delay was caused by a severe snowstorm and very understandable. Found it difficult to get questions answered by online service and relied on staff instead.

U haul boxes worked out well for our long distance move-- Boxes showed up on time -- and where picked up on time. Plenty of moving blankets to keep your furniture and fragile items safe. Would definitely use again if I have the need.

Everything was perfect from loading help of the U-Box in Virginia to quick arrival in Georgia. Box ready with a days notice to unload into a U-Haul cargo van. Entire staff was great!

Im not sure if there is temperature control at the facility for my U Boxes, or would that be additional cost? Overall, I am happy, I would recommend U Haul.

Had trouble getting U-Box due to weather, but everything went smoothly from that point on.

This was all done on the internet, but when we did call the provided number to change the date of delivery, everything went well. They also responded to pick up the pod same day it was emptied so we could use our garage.

I will say without a doubt that the U-Haul container was the most seamless part of my big move across the country. It arrived way sooner than expected and all items were fine. I wish there was a better way to be able to track the container while its on its journey.

This was a stressful time in my life. After tons of research I decided that renting a U-BOX was the most affordable and efficient way to move. 5 service and communication. Im settled in and all my stuff arrived safely.

Im not sure why my pods ended up in Princeton when my previous items were in Plano. This added several days to the delivery of my pods at my new home. Kayla, in Plano, was one of the few people who helped me figure out what was going on.

I appreciated the staffs friendly help and assistance. Many of the neighbors commented on the container box in my driveway and I told them about the very positive experience I had with U-Haul versus a competitor. Keep up the great work!

Overall, grade A experience! We received the new metal framed pods, and they are so much sturdier than the old-style pods. The large number of pads included were very helpful. However, one of the new pods did have a roof leak in the top corner, opposite side from the door hinge.

Misti, the driver in Florida was the most friendly and helpful. She arranged a great deal on two more uboxes and suggested four more. Wish we had taken the last two that she suggested.

My third time using uboxes Each time their dates of delivery were not correct. When the boxes leave the location loaded, there should not have to be 14 days for them to be delivered to the client. Otherwise everything was Great!

I thought things went pretty smoothly and the only thing that didnt go as planned was that I was short one container; but they gladly brought me another one the day after we realized it! If I were to move again; I would use the U-boxes again! It was more economical then other ways of moving!

I had a container shipped from Indiana to Oregon. The costs were reasonable, and the service was fantastic! I dont intend on making another move like that again but if I do, I will use a U-Box again.

There were plenty of blanks...I actually had to put some in my car because the pod was filled completely. They were very accommodating with my schedule and when I needed the pod delivered.

Great move-in into our new apt in Bronxville. Our U-Haul U-Box arrived on time and safely from Utah. The New York movers Uplifting Movers were terrific, fast, kind and careful with our U-box delivery. Id recommend both U-Haul and their local partner, Uplifting Movers.

The entire experience from start to finish was easy and low stress. I was notified every step of the way and the delivery and pickup drivers were on time and efficient. Would recommend for anyone who is doing a interstate move and wants to avoid the hassle of a big corporate mover.

This service was great! No improvements I could make. The only reason I said no to the recommend the correct number of containers was because I didnt ask how many to use, I just guessed myself.

West coast pick up went without any problems. Always something with the end of it. South Carolina has had issues in their delivery twice!

U-Haul has the b st organized system. My boxes arrived from IN to FL on time and was able to hire two men to unpack the boxes.

Everything went great with the exception of furniture pads. They were not included in the container. I called to notify the rental location and they quickly updated my records to ensure we were not charged for missing pads at the other end. Overall, we would highly recommend the process!

This was my first Ubox experience and it will certainly not be my last. Everything about our move was easy and stress-free. All of our stuff arrived early and damage-free. The only thing we had was too many moving blankets and had to take some back to the uhaul before we had them shipped.

Trace and T were stellar!! Delivery of my pod in Louisiana couldve been difficult due to the road and driveway but those two were absolute pros!!! Friendly, professional and super efficient. They made it look easy. And they did the same for pickup!!!

Scheduling to access my Ubox after it arrived was more challenging than it could have been. Id often be put on hold for long periods of time and a couple of times they forgot to pull it out for me, so Id have to wait a half an hour or more to access it.

This is the second U-box Ive used this month and the first one was metal. This second one was made of wood and covered with a waterproof Velcro cover. There was wood shavings all over my stuff when it arrived.

For a long distance move, this went very smoothly.U-Haul associates that I dealt with were always knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend using a U Box Container if you dont need to move large pieces of furniture or for a small move.
