Awesome staff, easy delivery and problem solving.

U box definitely the way for Out of State moves.

The overall experience with U-Haul U-Box was great! The Milwaukie location was communicative, my box arrived at the beginning of the two-hour window they provided, and they picked it up with no issue. I would definitely recommend U-Box as an affordable option for moving across the country.

Everything went smoothly. Based on what I was moving, I knew I only wanted one container so I didnt need a recommendation of how many to get. Ill recommend the Ubox to friends and family. It worked great for my needs.

Everything was great. From the first phone call to the delivery out of state, we were kept informed along the way. Great phone follow up while we kept the container for a few months and pick up was quick and efficient. It is the only way to send items across the country!

Everything was simple, flexible and all services performed exactly as promised. Communication was excellent. More than enough moving blankets supplied. The only thing I would recommend is having more and lower tie down points in the container.

This was a stressful time in my life. After tons of research I decided that renting a U-BOX was the most affordable and efficient way to move. 5 service and communication. Im settled in and all my stuff arrived safely.

Im not sure why my pods ended up in Princeton when my previous items were in Plano. This added several days to the delivery of my pods at my new home. Kayla, in Plano, was one of the few people who helped me figure out what was going on.

I appreciated the staffs friendly help and assistance. Many of the neighbors commented on the container box in my driveway and I told them about the very positive experience I had with U-Haul versus a competitor. Keep up the great work!

There was confusion or break down in communication about which days the container should be outside for loading more than once, but ultimately everything made it to our new home.

Overall, grade A experience! We received the new metal framed pods, and they are so much sturdier than the old-style pods. The large number of pads included were very helpful. However, one of the new pods did have a roof leak in the top corner, opposite side from the door hinge.

Misti, the driver in Florida was the most friendly and helpful. She arranged a great deal on two more uboxes and suggested four more. Wish we had taken the last two that she suggested.

My third time using uboxes Each time their dates of delivery were not correct. When the boxes leave the location loaded, there should not have to be 14 days for them to be delivered to the client. Otherwise everything was Great!

Renting the U-Haul uboxes was the least stressful part about moving for me. Everything arrived on time and safely to my new home. If I ever need to move again, I will use this service. I will also recommend this service to everyone.

The local Uhaul store in Cuyahoga Falls were great. The moved the U-box, to storage unit entrance on bitterly cold day so we could unload the contents. Truly appreciated all of the help.

I thought things went pretty smoothly and the only thing that didnt go as planned was that I was short one container; but they gladly brought me another one the day after we realized it! If I were to move again; I would use the U-boxes again! It was more economical then other ways of moving!

I have used U-Haul containers on three separate occasions. They were easy to use and made my move possible. I would use them again.

I had a container shipped from Indiana to Oregon. The costs were reasonable, and the service was fantastic! I dont intend on making another move like that again but if I do, I will use a U-Box again.

U-Box service was great, no issues. Vehicle shipping wasnt as good, and well review that service and provide feedback accordingly.

I was told it would arrive the following week but we stopped in person and then told us they could deliver them the next day so that was a little confusing but it worked out and had enough time for everything.

I talked to 3-4 people about how all containers werent coming to my home and 1 was for storage and all 3 arrived here but she took one away to storage once we talked. That was the only error, but it didnt really matter and everything else was flawless and a great experience.

Arrived 4 days ahead of time. Was able to schedule an earlier drop off date. PODS arrived at new house and were picked up expeditiously after emptying. Very smooth transaction.

There were plenty of blanks...I actually had to put some in my car because the pod was filled completely. They were very accommodating with my schedule and when I needed the pod delivered.

U-Haul has the b st organized system. My boxes arrived from IN to FL on time and was able to hire two men to unpack the boxes.

Everything went great with the exception of furniture pads. They were not included in the container. I called to notify the rental location and they quickly updated my records to ensure we were not charged for missing pads at the other end. Overall, we would highly recommend the process!

Personnel at Burlington were great, especially the manager and employees in the warehouse. I had five boxes to pick up on three separate trips and never spent more than 15 minutes waiting.Even in the pouring rain I would definitely use U-box again.

This was my first Ubox experience and it will certainly not be my last. Everything about our move was easy and stress-free. All of our stuff arrived early and damage-free. The only thing we had was too many moving blankets and had to take some back to the uhaul before we had them shipped.

Scheduling to access my Ubox after it arrived was more challenging than it could have been. Id often be put on hold for long periods of time and a couple of times they forgot to pull it out for me, so Id have to wait a half an hour or more to access it.

This is the second U-box Ive used this month and the first one was metal. This second one was made of wood and covered with a waterproof Velcro cover. There was wood shavings all over my stuff when it arrived.

Everything went perfectly. The only thing I can say is it was a schedule pickup between 8:00 and 5:00 on and the driver didnt show up till after 6. But that was for a pickup after we emptied it. So it did not really affect me.

Every aspect of my experience with uhaul was wonderful. Ash dropped off the container to me in California and was able to explain the process perfectly. My things arrived safe in Massachusetts, everything completely in 1 piece. Will be recommending this service to anyone moving!

U-Haul has always been great to work with. Two suggestions; one would be to have an option for not needing the furniture pads as they do take up space in the containers when not needed. The second would be having a storage location on the south side of Las Vegas..Thanks U-Haul!

It was so easy to schedule the delivery of our U-Boxes. The staff at the Oregon City location are wonderful and very easy to work with. They had the boxes out and ready for us to load, safely stored them for us, and dropped them off exactly when they said they would.

The delivery driver was fantastic. He was very conscientious, placed the uboxes exactly where they were needed and coordinated pickup extremely well.

Honestly what occurred in my situation was a honest human mistake, however Ms.Kelly and Ms. Taylor was very helpful in resolving the issue and getting my container to me the next day. I will use the services again.

If anything, I got too many furniture pads, but it was better to have too many than too few. Opening and closing the box was a bit tricky; I think I had an older style, but I was very pleased with the experience overall. It was easy and affordable.

Everything from the delivery of the box in Austin, all the way through the retrieval in Denver was wonderful! On time and even early. The reminders were very helpful and every single person I spoke to was kind and professional.

The Leesburg team was very professional, keeping me informed via text and phone throughout the process. AThe New Haven team did a good job, however, they held the U-Box for 5 days after it arrived in New Haven, CT, before transporting it to my home.

I like that U-Box fits in a vehicle parking space, doesnt need high clearance and comes with furniture pads. Scheduling was effective, flexible. The only thing I would change is to not call customers before 8AM, when they are sleeping.

This U-box worked exactly as anticipated. I just used it to store my garage items while my floors were being refinished and the walls painted. So The box only stayed in my driveway. Great service. Pick up and removal exactly on time.
