I didnt interact with the UHaul staff so I cant comment on them at this location. But I got my items correctly and on time. Im curious if I could have gotten them earlier though.

I would highly recommend u-haul boxes for moving. We had 2 metal boxes and used moving help to load. We unloaded ourselves. Everything was clean and on-time. We were 100 satisfied. They were great to work with.

The move was very smooth with UHaul on board. Even with our boxes placed in a storage for 5 months, all arrived intact and dry and with not one item cracked or broken. We will definitely pass on this information to any of our friends contemplating a move.
It was excellent. We will be using you again in a short time. I did have a tiny issue. One of the containers reeked of smoke. We aired it out and placed baking soda boxes in to help. The smell did permeate the boxes. It also got into the furniture pads. Again we used baking soda boxes and it helped.

We did have one small delay because of two boxes loaded with the latches blocked and unable to open, but Reggie and Russ did an amazing job of helping us to get it sorted and waived the fees for us having the Boxes for three extra days. We would happily recommend the team at the Butte, MT location.

The Ubox pods are small but still great value for the price. Moving cross country is hard but they made it a bit easier.

Staff was great in both Paducah and Moline. Very helpful in answering questions and adjusting to needed changes in service. Our delivery delay was caused by a severe snowstorm and very understandable. Found it difficult to get questions answered by online service and relied on staff instead.
U haul boxes worked out well for our long distance move-- Boxes showed up on time -- and where picked up on time. Plenty of moving blankets to keep your furniture and fragile items safe. Would definitely use again if I have the need.

Had trouble getting U-Box due to weather, but everything went smoothly from that point on.
This was all done on the internet, but when we did call the provided number to change the date of delivery, everything went well. They also responded to pick up the pod same day it was emptied so we could use our garage.
I will say without a doubt that the U-Haul container was the most seamless part of my big move across the country. It arrived way sooner than expected and all items were fine. I wish there was a better way to be able to track the container while its on its journey.

Overall, grade A experience! We received the new metal framed pods, and they are so much sturdier than the old-style pods. The large number of pads included were very helpful. However, one of the new pods did have a roof leak in the top corner, opposite side from the door hinge.
Misti, the driver in Florida was the most friendly and helpful. She arranged a great deal on two more uboxes and suggested four more. Wish we had taken the last two that she suggested.

My third time using uboxes Each time their dates of delivery were not correct. When the boxes leave the location loaded, there should not have to be 14 days for them to be delivered to the client. Otherwise everything was Great!

I went from Michigan to Oregon with the Ubox and it ran like clockwork. I was notified every step of the way and I would use them again.
Everything was wonderful - excellent customer service. The pod was picked up late, but it didnt inconvenience us and we were understanding the weather affected things quite a bit! Each staff member who called was kind and courteous and the process was very smooth and easy.
I appreciated all the communication from U-Haul before, during and after the delivery. I would highly recommend a U-Box move based on my great experience with U-Haul.

U-Haul has the b st organized system. My boxes arrived from IN to FL on time and was able to hire two men to unpack the boxes.

This was my first Ubox experience and it will certainly not be my last. Everything about our move was easy and stress-free. All of our stuff arrived early and damage-free. The only thing we had was too many moving blankets and had to take some back to the uhaul before we had them shipped.
Trace and T were stellar!! Delivery of my pod in Louisiana couldve been difficult due to the road and driveway but those two were absolute pros!!! Friendly, professional and super efficient. They made it look easy. And they did the same for pickup!!!

Scheduling to access my Ubox after it arrived was more challenging than it could have been. Id often be put on hold for long periods of time and a couple of times they forgot to pull it out for me, so Id have to wait a half an hour or more to access it.

This is the second U-box Ive used this month and the first one was metal. This second one was made of wood and covered with a waterproof Velcro cover. There was wood shavings all over my stuff when it arrived.
For a long distance move, this went very smoothly.U-Haul associates that I dealt with were always knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend using a U Box Container if you dont need to move large pieces of furniture or for a small move.

Everything went perfectly. The only thing I can say is it was a schedule pickup between 8:00 and 5:00 on and the driver didnt show up till after 6. But that was for a pickup after we emptied it. So it did not really affect me.

It was so easy to schedule the delivery of our U-Boxes. The staff at the Oregon City location are wonderful and very easy to work with. They had the boxes out and ready for us to load, safely stored them for us, and dropped them off exactly when they said they would.

Honestly what occurred in my situation was a honest human mistake, however Ms.Kelly and Ms. Taylor was very helpful in resolving the issue and getting my container to me the next day. I will use the services again.
If anything, I got too many furniture pads, but it was better to have too many than too few. Opening and closing the box was a bit tricky; I think I had an older style, but I was very pleased with the experience overall. It was easy and affordable.

Everything from the delivery of the box in Austin, all the way through the retrieval in Denver was wonderful! On time and even early. The reminders were very helpful and every single person I spoke to was kind and professional.
The Leesburg team was very professional, keeping me informed via text and phone throughout the process. AThe New Haven team did a good job, however, they held the U-Box for 5 days after it arrived in New Haven, CT, before transporting it to my home.
I like that U-Box fits in a vehicle parking space, doesnt need high clearance and comes with furniture pads. Scheduling was effective, flexible. The only thing I would change is to not call customers before 8AM, when they are sleeping.
We were very happy with our U-box experience. It was nice to load and unload at our convenience. Matthew in Bristol was a sweet guy delivering and picking up our boxes. Have already recommended U-Haul to a friend. Thanks for making our out-of-state move stress free and easy.
This U-box worked exactly as anticipated. I just used it to store my garage items while my floors were being refinished and the walls painted. So The box only stayed in my driveway. Great service. Pick up and removal exactly on time.
Overall in Chicago and Burbank our U-Haul Box experience was excellent... a great value when it comes to moving expenses!

U-Box is the way. Delivered on-time 1124. Packed stored for 9 months in Romeoville, IL. Arrived in Glen Burnie, MD. 82625 on time. All contents intact in excellent condition. Service from start to finish was outstanding. I trusted U-Haul with my treasures and they handled it flawlessly.

I dont normally write reviews but I have to say U-Haul Box and all the employees I had contact with her excellent. I was skeptical at first but everything went way better than I could have expected. I would 100 recommend a U-Haul Box over a POD or Pack Rat anyday. Very impressed with everything.
The smell inside the box was OVERWHELMING when first delivered to be loaded. I had such a a bad headache and had to take breaks and let it air out. Besides that, the service was incredibly helpful for my move to a new state.
