  4. Under "Pick Up Time" select your desired time and click "Continue"
  5. Select "Mobile Pick Up" (This is the most important step)

  Yes! Once you are at the pickup location, open the U-Haul App. If you already have a reservation, tap "Pick Up My Truck". No reservation? No problem. Just select "rent Now" to start a new self-service rental. The App will guide you through the verification process and key retrieval from a secure lockbox or drop slot.
