I went to my unit Friday afternoon to find it had been double locked due to not having a circular lock on it - ironically it was double locked with the identical lock I had on it. No attempt to contact me about needing a double lock was made. I’m certain a missed payment would have gotten a phone call before a second lock was put on it. While I appreciate how quickly someone came over, I’m irate that this happened in the first place and will not ever use, or recommend uhaul for storage needs again.

Everything went wrong But I never got a complaint or issue from them. I was a terrible customer. I just want to thank them for putting up with my late return and knowing and understanding all the services I needed to comply with and got help from. They are a great team.
