I was given c197 as my storage unit upon arrival I opened up the storage unit to see someone else stuff inside then was given j400 which was extremely too small and smaller than c197.. I was then given d210 and now being charged an additional $115 dollars which I find not fair because this location made a mistake and gave me a used storage unit and never once told me that I would be getting an additional charge on my account.

Dennis W | Overall ExperienceUpon arriving to the unit we found a very large dead rat just outside the door to the unit. It smelled awful and once we opened the unit the smell continued. We could see multiple holes were rats had chewed thru the wall and the rat sticky pads that covered previous holes. We took multiple pictures and left immediately to take our business elsewhere. We reported the problem and received a full refund. Must be something they have happen often.
